Is my money safe with Watheq?
Absolutely. Funds are held in a regulated Central Bank Sandbox account. We act as a neutral third party; money is only released when you, the buyer, confirm receipt via the app.
What if the item isn't as described?
You are protected by the Inspection Period. If you reject the item during handover, simply tap "Reject" in the app. The transaction cancels, and your principal amount is refunded.
Who pays the fees?
It's flexible. The transaction creator can choose: Buyer Pays, Seller Pays, or Split 50/50. Fees are calculated dynamically based on the item value.
Can I reverse a completed transaction?
No. Once you share the secure code with the seller and they enter it, the funds are released instantly. This action is final and confirms you have accepted the item.
What payment methods are supported?
We support instant payments via CliQ and all major credit/debit cards. CliQ payments are processed immediately.
